Kaizen started as a personal tool. As a motivated (and slightly distracted) student, I was tired of losing hours to mindless scrolling — so I built the app I wished existed.

The name comes from the Japanese philosophy of kaizen: continuous improvement through small, daily steps. No guilt, no extremes — just 1% better every day.

Kaizen is independent and crafted with care. It's built to put your wellbeing before engagement metrics: your attention belongs to you, not to an algorithm.
